Scott is a passionate user advocate, and constantly strives to find innovative ways to solve user challenges using enterprise content management tools and techniques. Prior to founding onesta in 2006, Scott has served as the VP of Professional Services of a content management software company, and as the Vice President/Managing Director for an IT consulting firm in New York City. His clients have included Pfizer, Citigroup, Starwood Hotels, and HSBC just to name a few. Scott lives in Long Island, NY with his wife and two sons.

Rose is currently a Research Fellow with Coburn Ventures, a community of experts discussing and innovating current trends in Technology and Marketing. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Software and Information Industry Association (SIIA) Software Division, and is a founding member of the Executive Council on Software-as-a-Service. A recognized expert in digital media and marketing, Rose is a frequent keynote speaker, advising top professionals in the successful strategy of online marketing and Web site management. He’s a guest blogger for the online magazine iMedia Connection and the co-author of the book “Enterprise 2.0: How Technology, E-Commerce and Web 2.0 Are Transforming Business Virtually”. Rose is, and has been, widely quoted in the press, including publications such as Wired, CBS Interactive, KMWorld, Direct Marketing News and BusinessWeek.
Ian Truscott Director, CM Professionals Senior Analyst, WCM, Gilbane Group
Ian has over fifteen years of enterprise software experience, over a decade of which focusing on WCM. Ian has a strong understanding of the vendor community, having joined from Alterian, where he was VP, WCM Product Strategy for Alterian (a web content management and marketing campaign management vendor), having previously held CTO and senior product marketing positions at Mediasurface after starting his WCM career with Vignette. Ian is active in the CMS community- is a blogger, is on twitter, and is a frequent public speaker, talking at various industry events and seminars.
Lisa Welchman Founding Partner, WelchmanPierpoint
Lisa wields a sharp ability to define and distinguish the over-arching principles of designing and maintaining large Web sites and is a recognized thought leader in the area of information governance. Lisa leads consulting engagements with a combination of high-level strategic vision, clear understanding of the challenges of senior executives, and real-world problem solving. Lisa is a sought after speaker for Web management conferences and symposiums for her insightful analysis of the complex problems faced by large-scale Web sites. Her past clients include The World Bank, The US Food and Drug Administration, USA.gov, the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study at Harvard University, Clorox, Wells Fargo, the Social Security Administration, World Savings Bank and Seattle Times Interactive, among others. Lisa has been working with large Web properties since 1996 when she joined Cisco Systems. As Web publishing program manager, she was instrumental in the design of the first large-scale Web content management system for www.cisco.com and established the first community of practice for Cisco Connection Online Web publishing stakeholders. Prior to her work with Web content management, Lisa was a ratings analyst and coordinating producer for King World Productions. Lisa holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of North Carolina and was a Philosophy Fellow at Columbia University.
