Rahel Anne Bailie is a content strategist whose practice involves business analysis, information architecture, usability, content management, and communications. She has operated Intentional Design since 2002, helping clients analyze business requirements and spectrum of content to get the right fit for their content development and management needs, and facilitates transitions to new business processes, content models, and technology implementations. Rahel was elected STC Fellow in 2009, and manages their Content Strategy SIG. She also holds memberships in associations such as CM Pros, IAI, UPA, and the Internet Strategy Forum to keep current in pertinent practice areas.

Mollye Barrett is a content management and technical communication consultant at ClearPath, where she develops strategies for optimizing content, improving the authoring environment and planning for business continuity. In her work with technical publication groups to implement XML-based content management systems, Mollye presents vendor-neutral content management options that focus on business case, document and workflow analysis, single-source writing and translation. Mollye is the Marketing Communication Director for Content Management Professionals (CM Pros), a senior member of Society for Technical Communication (STC), Immediate Past President of the STC Wisconsin Chapter and founder of the chapter mentoring program.

Gerrit Berkouwer has a passion for the possibilities of the internet. He works for the Dutch national government. The Dutch central Government wants the integration of many central government websites, including the corporate websites of all Dutch Ministries, resulting in the all new website www.rijksoverheid.nl. Gerrit's primary responsibilities are innovation, implementation, (re)design and management of the website(s). He also participate in other projects to stimulate synergy and cooperation between projects and people.

A co-founder and President of Quoin, Brad Kain is a proven information technology manager with a track record of successful development projects over the last 21 years. He has led large-scale projects as a system architect, project lead, and development manager. His background as an analyst and developer enables a unique ability to broker technical issues with business stakeholders and technologists. These skills allow him to collaborate with a client to quickly establish and effectively manage critical business objectives. Brad brings an extensive background in the development of web-based applications in online publishing, financial services, e-commerce, life sciences, and other domains. He has a multi-disciplinary background in mathematics and computer science, and has worked with clients to define innovative applications for community-oriented online services, knowledge management, and other applications of Web 2.0 features. Brad is proud to have been a member of the Men's Varsity Fencing Team at Penn State from 1982 to 1986.

Joan has over 25 years experience developing new product content and training for high tech, healthcare and finance and insurance industries. She is a senior member of STC, a past board member of CMPros, and a regular contributor at industry conferences. Joan serves pm the National Leadership Council for Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. She holds an M.Ed. from the University of Oregon.

Matt Samsonoff has more than a decade of experience as a professional software engineer. He has been responsible for the architecture, design, implementation, and testing of a wide range of projects, from network security appliances to Eclipse plugins. Matt is committed to continually improving tools and techniques for delivering high quality software. His core languages are Java and Python, but he is well versed in C, C++, and C#, and also in functional languages such as Scheme, OCaml, and Haskell.

Andy Striemer and Chad Miller

Andy Striemer is the CMS Product Manager for Robert Half International, Inc.’s Intranet Services team. He is responsible for content management planning, support and training. Prior to coming to RHI he was Digital Technology Coordinator at two major high schools in the SF Bay area.
Chad Miller works as a Web Applications Developer on the Intranet Services team at RHI. His role entails content management, training, and process automation. Before working at RHI, Chad worked with AT&T and Amdocs. Together Andy and Chad implemented a solution, partnering with Kapow, to automate the migration of RHI’s intranet content from a static platform to a content management system.

Andrew is the President of CM Pros as well as founder and president of EverAge Consulting Inc., a vendor neutral content management implementation firm on the east coast of Canada. He possesses more than fourteen years of experience in the area of e-business and multimedia development. Prior to establishing EverAge Consulting Inc., Andrew held the position of President for The RGB Group Canada, Corp., an e-business consulting firm with offices in Canada and the U.S. Andrew has also been employed as an Applications Architect for Aliant Inc., where he was responsible for the strategic development of on-line initiatives and business case development. Since 1997, Andrew has completed numerous corporate wide content management projects utilizing a wide variety of technologies, and has gained valuable experience deploying the most current open standards.
